The Southamerican Under 22-years-old soccer Tournament in Peru had the Chilean National Team "Rojita" with the last chance to qualify to next phase, the hexagonal, if beated Venezuela. First game beat Peru 2-0, then lost 0-4 Uruguay, Monday during our the show lost to Argentina 1-3.

On a radio station a performance average was calculated for coach Cesar Vaccia. It was close to 30 per cent.

The result for Bolivar - Union in La Paz could not be decided in advance: Bolivar had always beat Chilean teams on Copa Libertadores, BUT Union never lost in Bolivia.
Bolivar won all in 1984, 1993, 2000 and 2004.
Union won 2006 facing The Strongest, and tied two in 1975.
The problem are the 3600 meters above the sea level (about 2 miles high), that can exhaust any team not used to heights. That is why Union traveled the same day.

On Copa Sudamericana there is history too, I can remember Bolivar beat UDECONCE 4-2 in 2004.
Universidad Catolica and Colo Colo will play their fisrt games for Copa Libertadores soon too.
